Another summer is almost over, time to get ready to head back to lectures and tutorials and studying. But that also means it's nearly time for the Stitch Society to start back and we are so excited! In the meantime, we thought we'd show you some of our summer projects and patterns we're excited to start soon!
If you haven't read or watched Heartstopper - where have you been?! Niamh's been working on an homage to the main characters Nick and Charlie this summer with these beautiful Crosstitch designs.

Marissa has been crocheting this summer making this gorgeous blue blanket by simply treble crocheting away. We cannot wait to see it when it's finished!
Kat's spent her summer making a top inspired by the Scarlet and Sam crochet top using a pattern from @j.keylimepie - the pattern to which is linked here: Pinterest. Kat named hers the Neapolitan top due to the colourway created using Hobbi Rainbow Cotton 8/6 yarn.
Sam's also been loving the crochet this summer. She's made 2 gorgeous granny square blankets using patterns from https://bellacococrochet.com/. She used the Sunburst Granny Square pattern to make the blanket below.
Sam's also working on the iconic Harry Styles cardigan that went viral during lockdown and massively increased interest in crocheting! She's using the pattern by Selina Veronique but has put her own spin on it by doing it in pastel shades!
